I do things a little differently when it comes to the transaction of Real Estate:

First I need to learn about you and what your goal is.  Once I learn what your desired outcome is, I break the entire process down into mini-milestones, each with their own deadline, so you’ll always know exactly what to do to move forward. Many agents will tell you they’ll walk you through the process, but I actually do and I believe in doing that upfront for you to see. Seeing this entire plan mapped out not only allows my clients to progress much more efficiently toward their goals, but it also allows us to adapt more quickly to any unexpected speed bumps that may occur. It’s your job to tell me what you want but it’s my job to lay out the plan for us to get you there.

The Process:

During an admittedly emotional process like moving, it helps to have a clear path to follow. With me as your guide, we’ll not only get you where you want to go, but you’ll know upfront exactly how we’re going to do it.

Whether you want to sell your home for the best price or on a specific timeline or you're trying to buy your next home with similar goals in mind, your agent should be helping you get there. I do things a little bit differently than the average agent. Instead of simply aiming for the result and hoping we get there, I start with your desired outcome and then develop a unique step-by-step process for us to follow to get you there. You’ll know from the outset everything that we’ll need to do, in what order, and generally by when, to keep us on track to get you to where you want to go!

As someone who has had sports play a major role in my life, I learned cooperating with others to execute a plan more often leads to winning. Real estate is a bit of a competition, whether you’re trying to attract someone to buy your home or beat out other buyers for the home that YOU want! Simply put, creating a specific blueprint for your situation is likely to help you achieve better outcomes, faster.

A little bit about me Personally:

I'm happily married for 27 years and have lived in the East Valley for 21 of them. I've also lived in 6 other states over the years and met my husband while living in Alaska!  I have a tremendous family spread throughout our great country and I love sports. (I'm much better at watching, analyzing and rooting for my teams than I was as an "athlete" trying to play the games...I keep trying though!)

I'm an advocate for children, dogs and folks at risk, by volunteering to care for them & fund raise for multiple local charities. I am passionate about making our world a better place with my actions and efforts. 

I enjoy being outdoors, (which makes Az the perfect place for me) gardening, bike riding and thanks to that husband of mine-Convertible top hot rods for Sunday morning drives!

I have more than 20 years in the Real Estate industry. I've been licensed since the mid 90's and & helped folks in 2 states find their dream home and sell the one they have to do it.
